Connecting a profile helps us confirm you are the page owner, and means we can start publishing your releases and awarding leaderboard points for your social media activity. Why do we need to verify profiles?
You'll also need a connected profile in order to run Fan Builder ads from your social media account.
Requirements for connecting your accounts
Connecting Facebook requires that:
You have a Facebook account
You have created a Facebook page with that account
Your Facebook page has a username
Connecting Instagram requires that:
You have a Facebook account
You have created a Facebook page with that account
Your Facebook page has a username
You have an Instagram account
You have switched to a Professional Instagram account
Your Instagram account is linked to your Facebook Page
Your Facebook Page has the correct permissions for your Instagram Account. If you linked your account before switching to Professional you'll need to update your connection
Can't connect your account?
You can still verify your account for distribution and leaderboard inclusion by sending a message to our Instagram page.
But you will need to fully connect your account to run Fan Builder ads on your page.
